TRENCH MACHINES is an interactive experience and a community perk for holders. It is offered for fun, it guarantees nothing, and it is not an investment. By using it you accept everything below.

1. What this is

TRENCH MACHINES is a game-style mining console that runs on SYNTH, a simulated virtual network. Blocks, hashrate, difficulty, rewards and the master log are part of that simulation. Owning a TRENCH MACHINE NFT unlocks your private console as a bonus and a bit of entertainment - nothing more is promised.

2. No guarantees

No guarantee of any monetary value, price, return, profit, or future worth of the MEGATEK token, the NFTs, or anything shown in the app.
No guarantee that any token, reward, or presale allocation will ever be delivered, be redeemable, or hold value.
No guarantee of uptime, accuracy, availability, or that the experience will continue to exist.
Numbers, counters, timers and charts are for the experience and may be simulated, estimated, or reset.

3. A bonus for holding - not a sale of a security

Any presale mining, accrued allocation, or reward tracked in the app is a discretionary perk for owning a TRENCH MACHINE NFT. It is not an offer or sale of a security, not a share, not a stake, not a debt, and not a promise of profit from the efforts of others. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and make your own decisions.

4. Presale funds and escrow

If you choose to pay for rigs, upgrades, or other add-ons, those amounts are recorded and may be held to escrow toward the token and its systems as described in-app. Sending funds is voluntary and non-refundable, and does not entitle you to any return, token amount, or outcome. While the network is in DEMO (before genesis) nothing is charged on-chain.

5. Crypto risk

Blockchain assets are volatile and experimental. You may lose some or all of any value at any time. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your transactions, gas, and for confirming that using this app is legal where you live. Never spend more than you are completely comfortable losing.

6. Provided "as is"

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of TRENCH MACHINES and MEGATEK are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, the token, the NFTs, or the simulated network. The operators may change, pause, reset, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

7. No affiliation

TRENCH MACHINES and MEGATEK are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood or any exchange, chain, or brand referenced for interoperability.

8. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use blockchain applications there. If any part of these terms is not permitted where you are, you may not use the app.
